About the event

Eliran Kadussi performs as Krishna as an adolescent in Sir John Tavener’s long-lost final opera, making its world premiere at Grange Park Opera under the direction of Sir David Pountney. Across 15 ritualistic vignettes, this mystic pantomime traces Krishna’s journey—from cosmic birth and childhood mischief to divine love and transcendence—enveloped by a halo of eight flutes. A visionary fusion of music, dance, and ritual awaits.
